We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how it works.
Your right to cancel (14 days)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving them, for any reason. Email support@fixless.co.uk with your order number and we'll confirm the next steps. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
30-day returns
Beyond your statutory 14-day cancellation right, you can return any unused item in its original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price.
How to return
To start a return, email support@fixless.co.uk first and we'll send you the correct return address and instructions for your item. Items should be returned unused, in resaleable condition and in their original packaging. Unless the item is faulty or was sent in error, you are responsible for return postage — we recommend a tracked service.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return postage — often without needing to send the item back. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.
Items we can't accept back
For hygiene, safety or where the law allows, a few things can't be returned for a change of mind: items that have been used or are no longer in resaleable condition; items returned without their original packaging or with opened protective seals; and clearance or final-sale items where marked as such at purchase. This never affects your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct item-for-item exchanges. If you'd like something different, return the original under this policy for a refund and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, or your claim approved, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days — and always within the 14 days required by law — and email you to confirm.
