We describe and picture our products as accurately as we can. Colours and dimensions may vary slightly on screen. Where a product must fit your home — a gap, a door thickness, a radiator or a corner — it is your responsibility to check the measurements on the product page before ordering.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch. Payment is taken at checkout through our secure providers.

4. Orders

A contract is formed when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order and refund you in full, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred.

5. Returns

6. Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Products must be installed and used per the supplied instructions and stated weight limits.
