Where we deliver

We ship to addresses across mainland United Kingdom. For deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Cost

Standard UK delivery is free on all orders.

Dispatch and delivery times

Order processing: 1–2 business days.
Standard delivery: your order typically arrives within 10–15 business days of ordering, via tracked courier.

You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched. Delivery estimates are given in good faith, but final delivery is handled by third-party couriers.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of ordering, email support@fixless.co.uk. We'll investigate with the courier straight away, and if your parcel can't be located we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
